hello shannon and thanks for the reply yes i am a straight male trying to find a way to cope witha problem, at 24 you are very young to have bladder leakage i guess the stress of being a teacher is pretty bad and i admire your ability to talk openly to me about our problem. women wear boxers and boyshorts boots and jeans and mens flannel shirts ,but if a man wears nylon is it a crime to be cool and comfortable and have something the pads will stick to..do you have a problem with UTI's wearing a pad or diaper all the time , i think the moisture and body heat would contribute greatly to this .what type of diaper do you use and does it work good for you day and or night,i am using serinity pads now but they are to thick and bulky and not very comfortable for me is the poise pad thin and wide for more coverage. are you married or single or do you shy away from dating due to your bladder and diaper i personally dont believe it would be that big of a problem if someone really liked us they would understand

hi wiliam<3 your right that they probally wont still to mens under where very good because there not ment for men, and wearing panties is really werid for a strait guy. but if the poise pads work for u wearing women's panties, then i guess its alright. But honestly for over night proction i recomend diapers!!!! they probally will proctect u better!!! But thats my advice william and i hope every thing works out for u!!!! hello shannon and dont be ashamed of a bladder problem there are things a lot worse i am a man with a slight bladder problem and other problems and would like your advice on pads the serinity pads i am using dont stick well to male briefs so i bought some nylon full coveragee panties to try them the pads seem to stick better but night time is the problem does the extra coverage work for you or is a depends or diaper your only choice whatever it is it is nothing to be ashamed of to stay dry day or night

Has anyone tried the longer ultimate absorbancy "extra coverage" pads? What do you think? I have leakage at night and was thinking of trying them out. Just curious as to others experiences with them.
