I wear a Poise pad of moderate absorbency. The more absorbent pads are rigid. I wear non cotton panties. Cotton panties are ltoo absorbent and hold moisture.

Wearing a Poise pad over an Infinity maxi pad did not feel thick. I use the regular size Infinity maxi pad It is almost as thin as a panty liner.. Try wearing this combination with a high cut panty.

I wear a Poise pad over an Infinity regular. maxi pad. Thiis gives me extra protection. I can remove the Poise pad and already have the Infinity maxi pad on.. No need to carry extra pads with me.
