I agree! I liked the previous packaging where you could actually use the little "envelope" to dispose of the pad. Now the attached liner gets in the way and is not easy to remove.

Why was the strip of glue removed from the pad? The pad no longer stays in place. I understand the need to cutback but those three dots of glue are not working. I keep losing my pad! Why fix it if it isn't broke. Too bad a good thing was messed up. I am no longer a satisfied customer. Sadly, I will have to find another brand.

Please skip the glue on the cotton wrappers. To remove the pad, you must open the wrapper completely and cannot use it to dispose of used pads.
