Hi Shannon,
Have you gotten checked by your doctor yet? That would be your first step. You may have an underlying problem that's causing your new incontinence.
Also, have you heard of pelvic floor muscle rehab? It's a very effective, non-invasive therapy that is often covered by insurance. If you have stress or urge incontinence or overactive bladder this therapy may get rid of your incontinence or decrease it. You can read more about it here www.RobinHowe.net and www.CoreNurse.com

hey shannon dont feel bad at least u have a very understanding bf who is there 4 u with your problem, besides i been basically had not choice but to where some kind of protection all my life n never had a boy friend because of it i was born with a undeveluped bladder n have had so manny accidents at school and at home but iv learned to except my problem n thats why there are great products outthere to help women like us im only 19 but i think i can help u feel better girl if i havnt already try poise panties first n see how that goes if dont go as well as u wanted try them with a poise pad n that sould work so let me know how u are makeing out at work n i hope you feel better susie<3

hi im 21 years old iv never had bladder problem in my life untill about a month ago, it started after i would go the bath room a little would leak out a few minutes latter, then about a week n a half latter i started to wet the bed a little n thats when i got really scared n realized i had a problem, none of my friend know about this but my boy friend tim, he seems really supportive, but i dont know what to do i started wearing depends after i wet the bed a few times so i dont have that problem at night but am afraid to wear them out or to work, then yesterday day at work i was at a meeting n didnt even realize i had to go till the last minute n i actally peed my self i dont know what to do now i cant even go to work with out them know i have a problem, i stayed home from work today because of it, im gonna haft to wear some kind of pretection to work but what is the most protected but nonoticeable product out there i need some anser as soon as some one can so i can send my boyfriend tim to buy them 4 me i hope some one can help me
