	I have printed coupons in the past. Can not print coupon today said's I have already printed my coupon. Judith

	I would prefer to have a $1.00 off on 1 package. I buy the large package, which is usually priced at $15.99. I cannot afford to buy 2 packages at a time, and the only coupons I've been getting are for $2.00 off on 2 packages. Perhaps I can find another manufacturer's pads to use.

	Hi. AnnieB if you are using widows xp go to all programs and see if on the list it says coupons. if not go on line and on your browser put in coupon printer.com. this will bring you to a page. go to www.coupons.com there you should be able to down load printer. it only takes a few seconds. if it installs. go back and open up all programs. it now should be on list. if it is click it and it will bring you to coupon site. if it asks you for zip code click no. select a coupon and go to bottom of page and click print i have done this a few times and it works.i ues both internet exploper and msn.explorer to do this .good luck Don

	I still can't print coupons. I don't remember installing a Coupon Printer. Can anyone tell me how to do this? My printer is an HP Photosmart 2570 All-in-One. Thanks for any help.

	If you're experiencing problems printing coupons there may be a few reasons: 1. You don't have a default printer or your printer isn't ready You must have a default printer selected for your computer, and it must be a real, paper-based printer, not a virtual fax machine or file printer or PDF creator. Follow the instructions that came with your computer for setting up your printer. Also, make sure your printer is turned on, loaded with paper, has enough toner or ink, etc. If your printer is a multi-function device (print, fax, copy, scan) please make sure the default printer is the print function, not the fax function. 2. Your operating system or browser is incompatible Coupon printing is currently supported on Windows Operating Systems Vista, XP, and 2000 when used with Internet Explorer 6+, FireFox 1+ Netscape 8+, and most MSN and AOL browsers. If you are unable to print when using an MSN, AOL, or Compuserve browser, please try printing your coupon using Internet Explorer 6+. Coupon printing is currently supported on Macintosh OSX 10.3 or higher when used with Safari. Coupon printing is not supported on Linux or WebTV. 3. 	Hi. AnnieB i am sorry you are having troubles. when i print a coupon all i do is sign in it then says print coupon. all i do is click print and two little printers come up.and the coupon prints.i do not have to choose any thing. if someone else is on here they may have some idea.if not give them a call . best of luck Don

	Still not able to print the coupons. I went thought the steps suggested but when I right click on my printer I don't get a choise to mark as the default printer. Sure is frustrating since I've not had any trouble in the past. Same printer. Thanks

	I have been printing coupons for over a year, I printed one last month, and now it tells me they don't support my printer. I checked their suggestions and everything looks OK. Now what?

	Don, Thanks to your message, I gave it another try and was able to print out my coupon as well. I'm glad to learn it wasn't a problem with my computer and especially glad that I did not do something drastic like format after Poise told me it was not there problem. Happy New Year to all

	I am glad to see that I am not the only one having problems with this site. I had a heck of a time just logging in right now. I wrote Poise and told them of this issue and they said there was nothing wrong with the website and that I was the only one having issues with it. They kindly sent me a coupon but I am not the only one having issues with the coupon printer. Poise is too expensive and I can't afford to buy them without a coupon. I wish they would fix their problems. They take something good and make it worse, first with the changes to the pads and now with the coupon printer not working for some of us. I keep trying daily and will let you know if I get it working again. I'm going to stop trying to "fix" my computer now that I know it is not my issue but the websites. Thanks for letting me know.

	I will be watching for an answer to this problem as well. I have wasted the past half hour installing the new coupon printer to my IE and Firefox browsers, all for nothing. Frankly, I won't buy Poise without a coupon, because they're just too expensive. If they want me to keep buying them, they can figure out a way to fix the coupon situation. And that, as Forrest Gump would say, is all I have to say about that.

	Hi lucky you are not alone in this i have not been abke to get any since October get the same message as you. i called also emailed them. i also got a message to down load a coupon printer. i had no luck with it my comp went crazy. i had a return email. all it said was i could get one each month. if you have any luck let me know Don.
