I totally agree with the moisturize and exfoliate! I have sensitive skin and found a great product at Trader Joe's. It is Comodynes Oats. It's a towelette. I recently went away for about 10 days, and my skin on my face went crazy along with the trip. I came across these towelettes while in Trader Joe's. They are for sensitive and dry skin (and normally my skin was oily, until a complete hysti last year). The back of the package states " that they replace cleanser, toner and eye make remover pads. The previous product that I used for removing my makeup had mineral oil in it, and for some reason, the skin on my eyes started developing dermatitis. I was able to peel off the skin and it hurt like crazy. I tried a few products in a matter of days, and this one finally soothed the damage I had done with the other product, which was the Andrea Eye Q's, which I had used in the past with no problem. Phew. Over with that problem.

I have very young looking skin for 52 years old which I attribute to having been a lifetime tea drinker.

If you want something that's REALLY good for your body, try white tea, best to drink from tea leaves as opposed to a tea bag, but whichever way you get it, GET IT! It's wonderful! Full of polyphenols, and numerous makeup products are starting to have white tea in them. It is even better than green tea, both in taste, and in benefits to the body (start reading online). If you do not want to purchase tea leaves, "Republic of Tea" has a wonderful white tea, tea bag. I used it on my eyes during the event which I was discussing at the beginning of my "dissertation" (LOL), and it helped immensely.

So, in addition to your vitamins, drink white tea. Please prepare according to directions. Neither green tea or white tea are supposed to made with BOILING water. It needs to come to steam, but not boil (180 degrees).

HTH,
Pat

I'm currently taking a mult-vitamin, but does anyone have any recommendations for what to take to keep that healthy, youthful appearance?

It's all about self preservation right!!
